And here it is, the newest theory to add to my collection
Resin Mimic Theory

Throughout the Submachine Network we have seen instances of resin, sand and dirt burying locations.
We know for a fact that the lighthouse was buried to prevent future experiments of Murtaugh's from totally shattering the dimension. We see dirt and sand in other locations, like the Lab in Submachine Universe.
It may be possible that those who buried the lighthouse also buried the lab, as seen in Submachine Universe since Murtaugh had been there according to notes found in Submachine 4 and also a conversation with him in Submachine 6.
What my theory is, is the Submachine Network and its usage of resin. Resin is a substance produced usually by plants for means of protection from predators, it can also be produced when a plant such as a tree is injured.
I'm proposing that the Submachine Network works in a similar way, that it mimics behavior of those outside the network, by burying locations where damage has been done in resin.
Take the tomb sections in Submachine 9 and Submachine 10, where Murtaugh and Elizabeth's tombs are at. The Submachine Network is aware of Murtaugh being placed there, is aware of the damage he has caused the network, so to prevent future damage, the network buries the location in resin.
The lighthouse in Submachine 10 is also buried in resin. A lot of Murtaugh's experiments took place here. So its only natural that the Submachine Network would place resin to stop further damage.
Submachine does seem to absorb locations from outside the network, giving clue to it being aware of what goes on outside the network, so the possibility of it being able to mimic the burying of the lighthouse and other locations, could be a likely possibility.
