Totally fine with me; creators are expected to have lives outside of their work :D

I don't think it's been posted here, although maybe someone has seen it on reddit. I painted these throughout last year to keep myself in the mood until Sub10 and to practice watercolors.

Completing the Exit somehow broke me and I can't even start thinking about choosing the last location to paint, so there's that. Also this is how I learned that watercolors don't like being scanned (or maybe I just do it wrong).

I've seen one or two of them on Tumblr. I saw one of them at about the time that I was starting my own fan artwork, and I remembered being annoyed at first because they were better than mine. However, you're probably just more experienced than I am, as I've only been doing watercolor for a relatively short period of time. (Also, I don't see much of a problem with the way your pictures scanned, so I don't think that's really something you need to worry about.)

Haha, thank you, but I can't agree with that. I remember seeing yours on tumblr as well, and whereas I just try to follow the reference as closely as possible, yours are much more loose with added your own spin to them. I tend to dabble in details and not learn much in the process. All struggle and no results, kind of in theme with the whole art vs craftsmanship thing.

In the end, who cares, the more artwork the merrier and with every piece we're getting better :D

My variations on Rulo's project. All inspiration credit goes to him and OGS XLA :)
