About the dirt, you're only half right.
When I first created the story, I started out from scratch with Ener waking up in that locker and slipping out into the room with dirt (or earth as I'm officially calling it). Then I drew having him meet up with trapped Maddox and helped him out and taking the elevator up. At that point, I decided to add in the Light Void to throw the whole situation upside-down or so to speak.
Then the story grew wildly out of this first idea and reveal of the Light Void and it stucks ever since. Dirt before Light Void? Yep and I made sure to include and mention all of these earth in conjuncture with the Light Void, even if everyone we know came from the "outer space."

Thanks. Regarding the wiki, would you mind if one was created and maintained for you without any active participation required from your side? I'd like a statemant on that before I do anything.

I don't see what's stopping us from come up with some basics while waiting. For example, how about focusing on feeding all the beasts to the Tentagib? That's the only (probably)permanent way to kill someone so far.
That wouldn't work. Everything that dies in the Light Void comes back to life – not?
Also, the ecosystem tree could prove useful as well, what better place is there to trap someone then in a space loop?
That's likely the only fail safe-way of neutralizing (not killing) all the monsters – put them in an ecosystem with Lobi palms/vines (I can't remember which had the space-warping element.)

Yes and no.

In theory, that would works extremely well. You saw this kind of idea where Ener, Maddox, and others got stuck in that spatial-warped trap from Chapter 5. However, they severely trimmed and likely killed those trees in order to escape, taking away what was might be their niffy advantage.

I am still feeling uneasy about having a wiki for my works, even if I do feel honored about it. Maybe it is the fact that my story isn't finished yet (so did Submachine???) and the fact that I been considering doing a redux version of the story once everything is finished with the one we're doing now (I am calling it a "beta build" maybe

).
Just my feelings.

Isn't the being eaten alive the only exception?

Did they? Ulom didn't manage to eat them and if I'm not misstaken they had no tools capable of even scratching it.

You mean that we must deal with unfinished plots and potentially separate canons? That's not uncommon and not so difficult do do. Besides, It can't be worse than nothing, can it?

Maybe all that does is stall the time for a person to respawn.

Then what we need to do is find some live ones

(and/or check if there are still any live ones left there)

This is the Light void we're talking about. Everything is somewhere between alive and dead, but is neither.

How about the dirt in Ener's starting room? The only reason there would be dirt on that ship that I can think of would be for something related to the ecosystem. If they find a way to dig their way up through that wall they might just find something lobi palm-related, perhaps even it's warped-away roots.

Or maybe the interior walls of the ship are made of dirt – or maybe just in that section?
Or maybe that's not dirt, maybe it's something else...
