Problem: Where do I get the 3rd Light Spear?
Can't get to The Temple without one.

I'm in a bit of a desperate situation here -- if someone could just tell me what I should do immediately after arriving in the lighthouse that would be great, thanks. (I have no items aside from rune pictures and notes.)

Go to the Karma Gate area. Go to the metal plate in the window, phase through. Go to the scanner, place Explorer Chip on it, and have it scan. It will open the bars. Go through, and look at the panel. It asks for a Karmic Stabilizer. I think this is later in-game, REMEMBER THIS FOR LATER! Go back all the way to the XYZ Portal and go to O I I.

Go to the tear in the pipe. Right 3. Looks like the ladder appeared now that you activated the "evacuation" back at I I O Karma Gate area. Down 2, then down 2 using the chain attached to the underside. Right 1, take the Big Cogwheel. Go all the way back to the XYZ Portal and go to O O I

Left 2, down 1, right 1, place the Karmic Vial into the machine on the left, attached to the bigger one. Click the third button from the top, and then mouse over the cycling material in the ring. Obtain the second Stone Grape, Backpack it.
Left 1, up 1, right 1, complete the device on the wall with all 3 cogwheels. Make it so the arrow points down. Right 2, down 1, right 2, use the Anubis head to teleport to the left side of the pyramid.
Right 1, down 1, obtain Portal Charge. Go back to the XYZ Portal, using the Anubis head to teleport to the right side, and go to I O I

Left 1, put in the two Stone Grapes to complete and activate the goat head statue.
Now go to the goat head statue in I I O, in the room to the left of the Karma Gate, and take the Portal Stabilizer from it. Backpack it.

Go to I I O, Storage Unit 33/4
From the entrance, go right about 3 or 4 times. There will be a long stick and a rune page, take both.

Go to O O O, right 3, down 1, left 2, down 1, left 1, plug in the two Portal Stabilizers on the ring, and the Portal Charge into the slot of the machine at the bottom right.

...And that's it.
That's literally how far I've got.
Here's what I have so far:

KARMA FUSE X 4
LONG STICK X 1
LOOP STABILIZER X 3
ROOT PATH FINDER X 1

INVENTORY
THE SEVEN NOTES I LISTED ABOVE

Now someone tell me where I use this stupid Root Path Finder, and where I get the Fourth Loop Stabilizer. I can't find them anywhere.
And I'm leaving the Secrets to AFTER I beat the game.

Someone help me.

Shadow, you use the root path finder in the area which looks like Sub 5. I think it's accessed through a karma portal but I can't remember which.

I have placed all the portal stabilizers in, now I need a karma stabilizer and a charger. I also need another large cog to open the second pyramid puzzle. Not the one that leads to the root, already did that. I also need the captain's ID card too. I'm thinking most of what I need is beyond the portal in the starting hub area, but how the fuck do I get the portal activated?

Oh and I also need plasma coils too! Where the fuck are those?
