what can I say...
That is your theory. We've established that theories are not canon, because they come from you and other fans, not Mateusz.
This page is for canon information only. Theories go elsewhere.
that's all.
- Mateusz DID NOT confirm anything.
- There're ton of theories in SubVerse. But wait, they're conflict with each other! Room's contents, elements and information conflict with each other!!! How can it be???
the answer is simple: they're just theories. nothing more.

When I played SNEE for first time, I noticed that those notes named thoeries where not canon at all, the fact that they have an username on its what confirms they're just fan-made stuff that author decided to post in game.

But you aren't there, are you? You are a human outside of the Subnet like the rest of us. Your speculation on what might have happened doesn't change the fact that all of the info you want to add to the page is in your THEORY. It is clearly labelled such in the game. Thus it follows it needs that label in the Wiki too.

O wonder what Mateusz thinks about this, if he reads...

i think his position with respect to SNEE's theory rooms has always been to nor confirm nor deny, both in his posts and in the game he only drops subtle hints and suggestive things, nebulous enough so as to let the user's interpretation fit in place.
i don't really know what he would say in this case, but based on that i think he'd say that the question of what happened in that location is speculation matter and it will likely remain so for a long time. but sometimes he does confirm or debunk specific things, so i don't know.

Be that as it may, we can't tentatively assume things true.

yes, in that i agree. i think that anything that isn't confirmed beyond all reasonable doubt should better be labeled as theory, it's not that it shouldn't be considered, just that it shouldn't be considered as a fact.

I mean, to be sure, every sentence we've written on the Wiki is technically an interpretation of the evidence, mostly consensus based. However, we have for a long time now tried to keep it conservative and evidence based. As evidence we count:
– Mateusz's posts, in good faith that he doesn't lie
– Notes within the game, as long as nothing indicates they are not telling us the truth
– The rooms themselves to a degree (e.g. there was a bed > someone slept and/or lived here, there are bullet holes > people fired a gun here)
The fan created content of the Subnet has never been considered a part of the evidence. I don't see a reason to change our policy. The problem in this instance is that you, WiQ, don't want to accept that your theory is not an actual note in Subnet, it is a fan created theory, which means its place in the Wiki is your theory page.
