Well, judging from what we've seen, it should be either network or multi/omniverse. It's kind of confirmed the net encompasses much more than a single universe.

I thought it just said that the Subnet is only in seven LAYERS, each layer still in the same reality, and part of the same universe.

about dimensions/layers...
Once the great scheme of things was clearly visible through the layers of seven main dimensions.
there are 7 layers.
there are 7 versions of the same subnet
reality is made of 7 different layers. subnet is a part of that reality
Everything was clear. But when I see this...
- Doesn't he understand that his karma portals are shattering this dimension?
- This dimension? You mean the third one? You know that's not even the original dimension, right? What do you think is more important - the origin or the flawed copy?
Flawed copy? Of the main layer? Submachine Universe, as well as Plan are built on flawed layers?

Yeah, it sounds like the seven layers where created by the Subnet, however that means that they are part of the Outer Rim, but is imposible due the plan. I think its something that we would never know.

I know this will not contribute much, but I think its something we should think about.

According to Materusz the SubNet=Outer Rim +Core.
The Defense System Purpose is to defended the Core, it is located at the Edge.

The Edge is located in the outskirts of the SubNet.

So that means that if we count both the Defense System, and the Edge as one location
That means that the location are in the same area while at the same time far away from each other.

So that might be a flaw itself.

@World: Pic is nice. But...

Edge IS defense systems. It is the same thing. Inner edge of Outer Rim.
Outer edge of Outer Rim... doesn't exist. Subnet continues to expand. No limits. No end. No edge.
Wait, am I wrong?..
That means that the location are in the same area while at the same time far away from each other
I understand what you mean, But... Wait, I don't understand... :?

as much I know, the edge is the edge of the entire Subnet. The cubes are capable of moviment and I think that they can reajust everytime the Subnet expands. We don't know much about the Nature of those defense systems, and how they interact with the Subnet.

So, as far as I understood, the layout is like this right?

Image

Or am I very wrong?

EDIT: More like this? The core itself is a bubble on the surface of the outer rim, which expands like the surface of a balloon does?
That way the defence systems are the outmost part of the subnet, but also reachable from the outer rim?

Well as far we know, its the first one.
We don't know where the loop is, but my map of the SubNet was base off this secret from Sub 6.

So the C represents the core? Does SDS mean Subnet Defence Systems?

And the dots are what, locations? Or the human infestation?

EDIT: According to the wiki, it represents the human infestation. So the dots correspond to people in the Subnet?
