The home. It is one of the most Jungian locations in all of the subverse. None of the locations you listed, or any others I can think of, convey it's personal character, as if we are in someone's memories.

I noticed something interesting.
Just look:
Its just the 8th photo in 317.
But I noticed something interesting in the background.
Is that an ocean?

I know its not canon.
Becuase it was made by Daniel Chavez.
I just wanted to know if Daniel made an "Infinite Ocean" reference when making that model of the mover.

"Infinite Ocean"
As in the game by Jonas Kyratzes?
I really ought to reply that game and try a few others by the same author....

I doubt it's a reference (if it that's an ocean in the first place)

and that device?
Actually, we still don't know what all devices in Sanctuary actually do. Especially that
popcorn machine/stove burner

I think that the blue beams are a kind of energy gate that prevents intruders to come. the divice near it was probably a diode that Mur & Co used to intercept the energy that feeds the energy beams. In Subverse the diode no longer works and the gate is online.
No idea about the popcorn machine, it can be a shiled, a disruptor, a ram, what else?

I know I am late, but...
Submachine UNIVERSE?
Interesting name change. It is definitely better than Submachine Network Exploration Experience (which is quite a mouthful), but I think Submachine NETWORK would be a better one. Unless Submachine Network already became its own Universe O_o
