Let me try...
First: Ask Yenger, why he mentioned "and you look familiar..." in his first speech?
(Or mr. Kakama meant "and you DON'T look familiar"?)

(No, it wasn't me)
60: Wait, why did you say that I looked familiar earlier?
Yenger: I thought I saw a picture of you somewhere in some ancient ruins. I think I have it in my notebook, here it is.

Snarr: Hey, it does look like you.
You take a closer look, and see the picture of yourself:

Inquire into the ancient ruins, and then ask where the entrance of the northern bridge to the Beach Fort is.

60: So what are the ancient ruins?
Yenger: They're a series of structures built on a lake by a race of people that used to live here before the Alpans and Sqen gained control of this region.
60: Do you know why there's a picture of me there?
Yenger: No, but from what I've translated, they appear to be instructions to a teleporting device.
60: So where is the entrance to the northern bridge to the Beach fort?
Yenger: Yes, it's some distance east from here.

60: Who are the Sqen?
Yenger: They are a race that used to live in the near the equator, and with the help of the same species that built the ancient ruins, became very technologically advanced and powerful because now they could travel on land and also in the air with the help of exo-suits, like the vehicle in the cave here which Sep and I used to get here.
Sep: However when the Alpans arrived, some of us decided to ally with them because they wanted to expand their power and didn't want to be crushed by the Alpan forces. Luckily most of us are against them because the Alpans wouldn't leave us alone once they're done here.
60: What do you mean?
Sep: Everywhere they went, they had tried to destroy its inhabitants and strip the planet of its resources, probably to wipe out the Tronvans for good or as part of their plan to conquer the universe. They'll probably do the same here if they win.

Ask if they can give you their vehicle so you can travel to the beach.

Sep: Sure, but only I can pilot it. Yenger, put me back in my vehicle, please.
Yenger puts Sep into a hatch in the front of the vehicle:

Yenger: Ok, now you can go to the Beach Fort.
Snarr: Finally.

You, Snarr and Sep land on one of the bridges, where you see a red robot in the middle of the bridge you recognize as Hygen between two smaller figures along with other machines.

Snarr: So, Hygen, we meet again.
Hygen: Nice to see you're back, 60, and also you, Snarr. So, I suppose you have some questions to ask me about yourself?

...yes?
60: ... yes?
Snarr: Wait, why don't you ask Hygen about your real name?
