I know that mask was design to protect my eyes by shading the view, but how do they expect me to aim a welding stick with a 100 volts going through it, while hitting the target that I can't even see?

I can only imagine how hard that must be to work with objects that are even slightly cooler than the really hot material, because you just can't see it. I get where you're coming from.
