Submachines were REAL LIFE structures, built by two people: Architect aka Mateusz Skutnik, and Puzzles Riddler aka... my school teacher of Russian language and literature!
They were built specially for worldwide competition. We, crazy fans, had to travel through the world, solve riddle, math, etc. puzzles, written on papers and hid in submachine structures, to get a clue to next target.
After I found another papers with puzzle in ancient and lighthouse sections, I escaped from rivals and went to my old school, where I pretended to help with class work , but actually, I asked my teacher for answer.
Also, I saw strange creatures in submachines in Exit location. Don't know, if they were pastel forumers who searched for papers, or aliens...

Mine was just Mateusz found a way to port subnet into GM, he made update with tons of puzzles.
