The thing I was fearing just happened. Someone took advantage of Mateusz's current reward system and retired their payment

But one doesn't does this for the reward, it does this for the upcoming games and projects. :p

Then explain the sudden disappearance of $$...

I think some people don't care about upcoming games and just wanted to get all Mateusz's current HD games and watercolor drawings -_-

I know, I was being retorical. :p

And yeah, that is bafling...

Well, it's their loss really.

On second thought, maybe someone wanted to make a one-time donation to Mateusz of ~50 $ and they couldn't afford it for more than a month. I think that's a legitimate thing to do, but it may lead Mateusz to confusion thinking he has a certain amount of money guaranteed per month when it's really less.

What they could do is put up a comment or something to clarify that they could/would only support it for a month, like Death Road did. That way Mateusz would already expect it, and there'd be no trouble like this.

Seeing the hundreds place change from 4 to 3 was disconcerting. Does that mean Subnet expansion won't happen yet?

That's the first setback I've seen, I didn't even think to think about how people can withdraw their pledge.
