Go into the room on your right

You go in:

You see a metal object hanging on a wall, some dirt on one side of the room, with a rectangular object on it, and a hole at the top of the room.

Get the rectangular object and examine it

You take a closer look at the rectangular object, it appears to be a note:

Hmm.... Look through the hole at the top of the room

You go back and try to pull down the third lever from the left, but it doesn't move like the other levers.
Snarr: Maybe something's jamming the mechanism that opens the hatch.

Go back to the hatch and take a look

You see the bright light from the other side of the hatch and also feel heat radiating from it.
