Sub8, 9 and possibly 10 are merely crazyness induced by those fluorescent thingies

Mateusz, why are you so cruel with us? :(
*dies of curiosity*
Patience, and I guarantee you'll go WOOOAAAAA when you see it.
...

BTW, I also said WHOOOOAAAAA when I saw Murtaugh's dark silhouette and heard greeting words in epilogue of Submachine 9.
Unfortunately it was just dream... But if we see it in game...

So, ThunderDasher, I see your mark is "a funny one". Like Pinkie.
but on a serious note: nope.
No, there won't be submachine 14. (numbered submachines end at 10).
No, all of this is not an illusion. Everything happened, everything is real, every structure is physically present in the threads of reality, here and there.

I explained, I can't show it, because it's a spoiler. It basically in the heart of the game, major plot point, just had to let you know something's happening.

Oh, well.
Now we have something to think about.

So much for
Sublevel 102 wrote:Awesome! :'D

And the last: Am I the one who doesn't want to see any more screens from game? I think we already saw too much.
Thanks to Mateusz for that. :)
So, maybe we can finally see what a submachine actually is?

And I still don't want to see any new information before release. :P
I just die of curiosity.

That's dream of all my life...

But I think we will know only in Exit.

...Let me make it clear that it was an utmost joke theory and should not be taken seriously, ever.

ever.

But yeh, I kinda went too far with that fluorescent stuff being edible. But I couldn't resist the joke. But then again, that's how I am - if I don't have much to do, I just stick around chatting and firing not-so-funny jokes. But I know when to get serious, too. I do have some serious theories, and I'll sahre them later.

But lack of edible things on the Sub besides the bread loaf buggers me as well

Don't worry, there aren't any consequences for making a joke (unless it's overdone, which I've never experienced happening). :)

Or maybe in sub10 Murtaugh will kill us just as we pick up the answer. :P

Nothing to do except sit and wait for a month or two I'm afraid.

But what if there is no answer?

No point...

Or, at least, what if we cannot understand the answer? The Watcher's Outpost computer note made clear that within the Sub, there are things we do not understand yet. We are newborn in that world as much as we once were in this one. Our explanation for thunders and lightning was the force of a god up in the skies. Only many centuries later would we understand electricity, negative and positive charges, and all the science stuff related to the weather. Look at how many years it took for humanity to clearly define the gravity!

If we were to travel back in time and try to explain to ancient people how things really work, they would get completely lost, because humanity was not born knowing all about the world. Same for the Sub. In time, we will understand. But now, we must simply accept, so that one day our knowledge of this strange world improves, allowing us to finally define its laws.

Long story short, there is the possibility that we are not yet ready for the answer. What if all you found was some wacky equations with strange symbols you've never seen in your life? "Oh, wow, the great answer to The Sub is alien math I do not understand." We may never understand the answer if we ever found it - and would you want to, really? Or is the unkown, the mystery, the discovery, the true asnwer of the Sub?

...Huh.
