So, ideas for puzzles then? Personally, I believe this will be the hardest but least conflict-ridden phase.

Agreed, I don't have a clue how to even go about coming up with a puzzle.

We all know the rubric, right?
It needs to be logical, needs to be not too long, have relation to the surroundings and not random (submachine puzzles can be like that because of the environment, but we can't
. )

Well, integrating them all probably won't be as hard as coming up with them. Also, while we're thinking, it might help to just throw some of the default ones in there, like looking for keys, etc. Remember, just because you have an idea for what obstructions you would have to work around to reach an object, you don't have to come up with what this object would be or how it's to be used. In other words, just brainstorm and post as much as possible.
It just struck me, time distortion could be quite useful for puzzles, especially if we are to go with my technobabble of it being caused by the human brain.

Yeah...
I'll work on the escape module method, ok?
And we need to sort out priority puzzles, the bits you have to figure out before carrying on to the next stage.
Such as the lead up to the escape module method.

So for example, for the escape module to work, you need to turn on the power, and to turn on the power you need to fix the generator?
Just a very basic example of the proccess here, not an actual suggestion.

Yeah, the list that says by doing this you can do this, but then you need this this and this to make the next bit work.
Then we put any other puzzles in between.

You know, I happen to have bunch of not-sufficiently-connected ideas for this, and I believe the same holds true to some extent about the rest of you. How about we create a "Loose ideas" board, where we just throw in suggestions a line or two in length for exchange?

I second that, I think it's a good idea. I for one have a bunch of loose idea. VERY loose, but still, ideas.
EDIT: Do you mean on here, or on the wiki?

The wiki would probably be best.
