Reminds me of out little story writing experiment... Maybe it's the same? The ending was epic, though.

It may or may not have been before my time. In retrospect, some of the threads I've seen must have been part of the immediate aftermath, but I don't remember how long I'd been around at time. Not that I would've remotely active enough to notice. I believe I've been told it was a particularly heated conflict that originally revolved around a large number of memebers joining the forum, and certain veterans thinking they were dragging the average maturity of the forum down too low. The conflict quickly came to define the forum, creating an atmosphere more or less the polar opposite of what we're enjoying now. It's seen as something of a dark age among those that saw it themselves.

I don't think there have been any other incidents of the same magnitude, but as I understood it, the hostility kind of lingered. In the end I suppose you should ask someone whon can give you a first-hand account, I'm just condensing what I'be heard.

I LIVE1!! AGAIN!!11!1!!1

not like anybody here even remembers me so back to sleep I go then
*sniffs*

On a serious note, did anything significant happen on this, err, hibernation of mine? I did see that Subgod's topic though; I wish long life to his coil.
Anything new within the community? Any new problems? Anything trendy I've missed? A'LLUKIN is still dead as always?

I did miss this place so much. New Year vacations always throw Submachine & Co. back into my mind like naught else does. Well, I guess I won't be off again without notice too soon again.

Welcome back! :D

quick summary:

-Where is 2015? got released as usual. Mateusz has released his wrap-up for 2015, and the year will be mainly focused in Submachine 10.

-We found the original author of Submachine 1's ambient, and its extended version will most likely appear in Sub10!

-We have some new members, and Mateusz seems more active in the forum lately.

-We've made a wiki for the Pastel Forum, with stories about its members and such. And a webpage for posting fanart and stories.

-There's a new game (not from Mateusz) that has a lot of influences from Submachine, called "Abandoned".

-Next chapter of my story (Beast) is finished and will get released when I finish my exams this month. Still no news of Sublevel's stories

and there's probably some more things that I missed XD
