Exactly!
Not the skulls specifically, but...

The flesh, the organs, everything that decomposes...

Is it the moss on the walls, or is it just like - dissolved around in the air? You could be breathing someone's livers!!1!1!!!1!1!!one!!1!!!111!1!

Either they decay with time, or they don't.
It more of simple catching them in the right layer.

In Submachine 10, the body doesn't 'appear' until you change the environment right.
I get the feeling the 'decay' is no longer limited to one layer. But 'they' as in themselves do arrive at the 8th layer in the end.

the most probable scenario is that Mat couldn't be bothered with drawing a set of corpses and planting them around his precious game :p which is probably a smart move due to the eerie atmosphere it would've caused.

but, speaking in Sub universe sense, i bet the bots collect the bodies and dispose of them. either that, or just simple decay where there are no bots. perhaps the decaying can be avoided by transferring the body between layers? that would explain the preserved corpses at the tomb. also, mummification! decay doesn't even have to be a problem. it's been solved even in the real world and an ancient one at that. ancient egyptians figured it all out.

Not to be that guy again, but...

How do we know that the woman at the end of Sub10 is Liz? ;)

I mean...we all automatically assumed she was Liz, since she's had the closest connection to Murtaugh for the whole series. But the problem is that she doesn't have any defining physical characteristics that would confirm her identity, unlike Murtaugh with his karma arm.

To be fair, I think that the woman we see in the desert could just as well be SBG-17. Sounds ridiculous, I know.

But...is it? We know that SBG17 is stationed in the shrine, since "she takes care of Einstein when [Murtaugh] isn't around". And we see Einstein at the shrine as well. Of course, SBG-17 doesn't have any defining physical characteristics either.

But we also don't know where Liz ended up. No notes of her saying that she went anywhere or was planning on going anywhere in particular.

Not saying that the woman is either Liz or SBG17. I just thought that, well, we don't actually have any evidence as to who she is :D

I... never thought about that XD
I just assumed it since the last games talk about them in a yin-yang dichotomous manner.

I think only Mateusz can answer that.

btw, I'd like to see more of Mur and Liz's artwork as Mateusz imagines them. Right now we have only seen them in the "desert outfit". Maybe we can suggest it in a further livestream :P

Me too! :D And maybe Liz in a scientist outfit. I know that Submachine isn't really about the characters, but I can't help being very curious about how Mateusz imagines them.
