I wouldn't call that a bug, but it's most def a graphical error.
(there used to be 3 pipes there but I removed two so the handle would be more visible). forgot to remove them from the main view. facepalm.

It might be the city of the sea weeds? They had that elevator in that smaller city. I suppose the architecture doesn't match though.

Yeah, sometimes I didn't know where to put some items because some objects didn't look like those objects.
Oh, and I also wasted a lot of time trying to go on with what it was small challenges for the HD version, until I somehow found other items to keep going on in the plot. For example, I haven't got the HD version and I spent 15 minutes trying to give something to the scary house girl.
