And then you have the three locations, that are just shout outs to things outside of Submachine. 815 being a shout out to the tv series Lost, and 666 being a shout out to 666 being the number of the devil, and the location being Hell and he resides there.
That may be true, but maybe it's to show the idea of the theories. As for the tribute rooms like 815, while they have references to pop culture, they don't actually break the rules of the subnet (666 could just be an isolated location, and not actually hell, and we only see a small portion of the area 815 is in).

But what about the Santuary updates?

That point about subbots is pretty good. We haven't seen one ever, nor have we actually found out what they do very well (and not at all in the main storyline save for what we read into the Sub6 secrets having knowledge of the bots' existence). Like SubVerse indicates they are merely for inspection, but what does that include and won't anything be fixed then? Also, what about the implied subbot attack in 613?

I believe Mateusz addressed the pictures saying they are some old reverse-engineered model, and modern sub-bots are probably entirely dissimilar.

I tend to assume the all of Subverse is canon, including the theories, however, their content is assumed to not be accurate. The theories have been left by anonymous explorers.

that's what I think, too. the explorers would have visited certain part of the subnet and make a theory accordingly but that may be true or not (in fact many are already debunked).

The first time I played SNEE (Because back to the time it was called like that), I noticed these theories where just posibilities that where thinked by some scientists of the Subnet, nothing that can be directly true.

About "The Truth Is You Don't Want Escape From Submachine"
So, what does it mean? And to who it was directed? To us? Or to Player?
