Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a tractor spring-tine cultivator accompanied with a spare set of semi-rigid ploughshares and a scarifier that I bought from Green Machine Store on April 1st.

There are some problems with the damaged anti-friction self-aligning spherical bearing in the eccentric mechanism. Firstly, when I switched it on, it did not work. I asked the mechanic for help but in vain. It still does not work. Secondly, there are some missing screw joints with a fitted cone mandrel bolt. I phoned your office and I was told to write a letter of complaint with the detailed description of the defects.

I am enclosing a copy of the invoice. I would like you to exchange the machine or I demand a full refund as soon as possible.
