A being that: has cells with nuclei, lacks a cell flagellum, is multicellural, has true tissues, has a distinct back and front side, has separate holes for the anus and the mouth, has a spinal cord, have a hard skull, their spinal cord happens to be bony, has a jaw and teeth, has lungs and the ability to use oxygen from the air, has four limbs, their young are protected by several membranes while developing, is warm blooded, and their females have mammary glands, gives birth without using a shell, has a wide opening in the pelvis for birth, has ear bones, lacks epipubic bones, is connected to the pregnant female via the placenta before birth, their stapes are stirrup shaped, their fibula is shorter than their tibia, their males have external testicles, has nails, has a cerebellum, has two mammary glands if female, has a pendulous penis if male, is bipedal, has opposable thumbs, cannot manufacture vitamin-C in their body, sleeps at night, has a tail bone, has sideways facing nostrils, has the capability to understand language, is sapient or whose ancestors fulfilled the aforementioned criteria, is considered to be a human.
