Re: Meditations
But why do I always wake up in a certain moment?

@Borys: That happens to me too.
Balance is imperative; without it, total collapse and destruction is imminent.

Re: Meditations
Good point.
When something like that happens in a lucid dream, I feel very hot, and I have to wake up, because it would be too uncomfortable for me to sleep. Maybe the stress of anticipation?

Is this my final form?

But... alarmclock, is it caused by stress too?

One of the great mysteries of life
I'd say maybe you're not supposed to know the ending, maybe create your own.

Put a small fan over your head, maybe on a shelf above the head side of the Bed. Turn it on "Low" and feel the Breezes.

The Variable upon Variable upon Variable in the Rudimentary Equation we call life.
Re: Meditations
I have always believed that, before we are consciously able to process our dreams, our subconscious goes back and edits them in an effort to make them halfway rational. I don't know if it would be inspired to leave cliffhangers and stuff, but I think that possibly only the last couple seconds in our memory are actually what our brain perceived when we were dreaming. For example, when my alarm goes off and interrupts a dream, it never starts out as an alarm: once I was at a funeral and the gunshots of a 21-gun salute gradually transitioned into my clock. I figure it actually sounded like an alarm the whole time, but my brain processed it into gunshots to better fit the scene. My dreams always end in the most unwanted moment(like: when I'm opening box I was searching for, or I'd aknowledged the secret, and so on.). But this is because of something from our world (somebody waking me up, alarm clock), does it mean that my brain know when will I wake up? Because that is always this most obvious moment, like in tv when serial/cartoon always end in such a moment it makes us watch another section.
I guess that's not a very direct answer to your question, but it seems tenuously related at least.

Re: Meditations
That is a very interesting way to look at it. I think, however, that it is also true (though i don't remember where I heard this) that dreams actually happen much faster than real life, such that you might have had a quite long dream in the mere moments before you woke up. This plus the fact that you are always more aware of dreams when you are not deeply asleep means it is simple statistics that cause your most notable dreams to be those which end with you waking up at key moments. Or (or in addition to) it may simply be that those major moments are always a cause for excitement, even if they don't seem that major after we wake up, and thus the elevated excitement causes you to wake up at that moment. Yes, an alarm might also be waking you up, but again, if the speed dream theory is true, it still kinda fits.
Or a supernatural force is guiding the whole dream/wakefulness process.
