well, every color is synthesized by our brain. there are even pure light frequencies that produce the exact same color as mixed frequencies.

hmm, one way to test it would be to ask siamese twins joined by the brain what does the other one see.

How would that test it?

Becuase they share a brain, and therefore they're able to recall what the other sees.

Right but how would they be able to describe what the other sees? Hm...

I don't think they could, but they could at least tell whether it's different or not.

yeah, i know of the philosophical concept but I don't see why the test wouldn't work. I remember there was a case of two siamese girls that could each see through the other's eyes, so their visual experiences are necessarily shared.

At an appointment with Hukin, their neurologist, she asked if they had any episodes recently (they had not, in more than a year), then performed a few quick tests. She put a red crayon in front of Tatiana, a purple one in front of Krista, then asked them to name the color. “Blue,” Tatiana said. “Red,” Krista said. Did they simply not know their colors? “They’re switching them,” their grandmother said; Hukin agreed it was a possibility.
Hm

See, that's similar to the test I had in mind :P
