On the 8th of April 1969, 13 year old girl April Fabb mysteriously disappeared during a short bike trip in the UK. The case is still unsolved and the only thing they found was her bike.
In December 1900, the ship Hesperus tried to land at the Flannan Isles, UK. The crew wondered about why the beacon was turned off and sent a boat with someone in it to the island to see what's up. He found the entrance gate to be closed and had to return to the Hesperus to call the capitain who had a key.
When they entered, everything was clean and tidy in there- the only sign for an incident was an overturned chair. But the three Lighthouse keepers were (and are) still missing, and their disappereance is unexplained. There's the theory that they got killed by rogue waves during a storm- which would not explain why the gate was closed and why the crew and research teams found a set of oilskins in the lighthouse. Who would run into a storm without that?
