Re: Submachine 10: the Exit
A note actually says there is infinite sub layers in between layers. So, theory confirmed?
Just smile and wave boys. Smile and wave...
Re: Submachine 10: the Exit
Yes, but does this equate directly to parallel universes?
Re: Submachine 10: the Exit
Hi, Gil! Love that avatar forever
And Jatsko... Not quite, if you count parallel universe when there are copies of yourself in other layers. But I guess it still counts as parallel universe when one thing happens in one layer that doesn't affect the other similar sub-layer?
Gah, my head hurts.

Re: Submachine 10: the Exit
Shit, I realized I went back on myself there. So like parallel universes, but with different people.
Unfortunately I used tonight to look at more games rather than figure this out. Guess I'm waking up tomorrow morning early XD

Re: Submachine 10: the Exit
read your review, Soullock!
When new subgame releases, I consider game is fully completed only after reading your review, Pastel God.
(I would decrease five tenths from plot and gameplay, because there could be more answered questions, and... c'mon! puzzles could be MORE HARD XD XD XD
but that's just mine)
thank you, and wait for your Engine review!

Re: Submachine 10: the Exit
Brilliant game. Mateusz, you are the best. Every your game is better than previous. Graphics, gameplay, sound, the plot in sub10 is the best in the series.
Also, I got all the answers and rethink of vision of submachine. It was the long way in 10 years - now it's over.
Thank you, Mateusz.

Nah, I am not sure if I would do any more review for Submachine now that the main series is finished. It doesn't feels the same doing review for standalone gamesSublevel 104 wrote:read your review, Soullock!

But no, I am standing by my score. I see those elements as perfect (or near-perfect) execution of those concepts.

man this is more complicated than Cipher (the actual movie)Sublevel 104 wrote:or not. Murtaugh and Liz could met us in their future, but our present.RuloCore wrote:he/she also has travelled to the future.
However... We moved NOT to far and NOT to early...
But I woner how many times did we move in time during our adventure? And what portals could move us?

Re: Submachine 10: the Exit
Still possible, if it considers with the fact you have a counterpart in all 7 layers.- ak - wrote:\

But it only works if you have all 7 counterparts in each layer. I take it not all people were born into existense in all 7 layers. When Murtaugh put his arm into the waterfall, he noticed that he no longer had an arm, but seven of them. That was not something unexpectable.
Connect that with this:Fate of the Third wrote:
After the second enlightenment Murtaugh dedicated his life to restoring the chaos. While the main layers flourished under his word, the third dimension remained broken.
Murtaugh was originally from the third layer, therefore there was nothing he could do to bring it back to the unbroken state. He often spoke about it as being a thorn in his heart. This was consuming him until the day Shiva gave him comfort of knowledge of the future.
The quote 'flawed copy' being Murtaugh Original self in the 3rd Layer.Dimensions wrote:
- Doesn't he understand that his karma portals are shattering this dimension?
- This dimension? You mean the third one? You know that's not even the original dimension, right? What do you think is more important - the origin or the flawed copy?
But, if we are to go with another concept, we could go with the 'Clara Oswald Death' theory.
'We believe he stayed in that moment forever.'Fate of the Third wrote: Murtaugh was already dying, and just before he drew his last breath - the light came to him and showed him what was to come. We believe he stayed in that moment forever.
When we met with Murtaugh, was his heart still beating?
Re: Submachine 10: the Exit
There's only ONE Murtaugh.
And a matter doused in Karmic Water can exists in multiple Layers and Sub-Layers at once, even Murtaugh's left arm once doused in Karmic Water.
And the flawed copy is the man-made Submachine that's currently exists in five dimensions. Even so, there is still seven main dimensions regardless of whatever that is original or flawed copy.
And Murtaugh learned from Elizabeth and SHIVA that the Submachine is healing on its own, so the Third and other Layers will eventually become whole once more, just that Murtaugh won't be alive to see it. It may happens far, far down the future beyond his capabilities. All he can and want to do is to rescue everyone who are trapped in the Submachine and in the Eighth Layer and that takes a long, long time.
And Murtaugh is a time-traveler, simply that. We met him long before he met his death. He greet us all at once when we left the Submachine Network.
No need to over-think it :3
