That is a Satanic chant in Hungarian. You can tell it is Hungarian by the double acute diacritic like ő and ű. You see, in Hungarian the acute accent indicates a long vowel, but they also has the short vowels ö and ü so they had to come up with something.
EDIT: That and the presence of the digraph <sz> and the ratio of the vowels to the consonant (almost 1:1).
