keep in mind we shouldn't use registered brands and all that.

How about one of these?
- Flash Flood Studios
-Flash Fire Studios
-Lightning Flash Studios (Because you know, it's a flash game)
-Flashlight Studios
-Flash Back studios
And now some more random ones:
-Quantum Studios
-Hypercube Productions
-Tesseract Studios
-Vortex Studios (?)
-Hexagon Studios
-Gulf Studios
-Pretentious Studios
I don't know, just some random ideas there.

I think whatever we chose shouldn't just sound good, there should be some meaning to it. Just some. And we must remember the power of acronyms.

No. Chek the last pages and come back. I'm open to the name, though.

I don't check, because I think we should make game first. Not sitting and thinking about brand name.
One hour could give you some papers of sketches, for example. One hour of drawings could give you completed ingame screen. You know: we still have ~0% of completed stuff. We must choose correct day/time, when we can start to develop seriously, or we never get results. :[
Besides, do not look at me, because I am VERY useless - if I start something, I immediately throw it out.

Okay, then let's start something.
We need a deadline, a time where we say that stuff has to be done by.
If we set one soon, we could actually get this project moving.

I like some of them, but most of them are already taken, like Tesseract and Vortex Studios. Anyways I'd feel uncomfortable with naming it after my username...
Onion Games
Why not Sublevel Explode Studios? it's a catchy name
EDIT:

this. that's why we abandoned the discussion of flame sprout, because we should focus on doing the game first and then think about the details.
we still have ~0% of completed stuff
well, we technically have the menu, but... yeah :/

The main obstacle we have is the story. We need to choose one. Now.
I don't really care anymore if it's gonna be a fusion of all the stories, or only one, or a completely new one, but the core to the project is the plot, without it we can't do anything more than we have done (the menu).
I can't really create any story because I'm not good at imagining stories, my job is to draw, and if necessary to do the code and even the music. But I need your help... it doesn't matter if we have to change everything, characters, setting, delete all my drawings so far and start from the beginning. If we don't do anything the project will stay dead, and I don't want that to happen.
Let's do this: we work on a story starting from now, and by the 15th of this month when I return home, everything is set so that I can at least start drawing. Is it a good plan?
