It has something to do with the hole behind the box that does nothing.

Okay: Put the rubber tube on that hole.

Mr. Stick sure this hole is definitely for metal rod. Also, rubber tube's end is too wide to fit inside the hole, so mr. Stick can't put tube in hole...
But you said to put tube ON hole, right? Mr. Stick does it...

And again I want to say:
<It is better to give commands as soon as you read last sequence, because (I didn't say it before) I create new scenes/pictures/puzzles/rooms only after your commands. I don't have any sketches/plans/thoughts. I make only after reading your posts! :D
And right now I am not busy. >

Sorry. I was just shocked by the result of Enihcambus's commands.

Have we tried blowing through the tube while it is in the hole, keeping the edges sealed with his hands?

No, we didn't.
Mr. Stick does it right now.

Stick it IN THE HOLE, and then blow, sealing the edges with his fingers.

Stick it IN THE HOLE

Also, rubber tube's end is too wide to fit inside the hole

Do Boingo's command, including putting it in the hole, by using the piece of paper as a "funnel," sticking it between the hole and the end of the rubber tube.
