Re: Dreams
Hey, I just realized, the title is not strictly defined so we can write about our dreams about life in general. Like, 'I'm dreaming of becoming a cook.' haha
So, what are your dreams?
So, what are your dreams?
all memories are lost in time...

Re: Dreams
I had a dream I was drowning in a ridiculously deep swimming pool. I can see the surface, but every time I push towards it, it seems to get further away. The water is clear, but I can't see the bottom. This freaks me out, because I have a fear of open water, and I've been a terrible swimmer all my life.
When I finally breach the surface, I'm in a pool I went to as a kid, a long time ago. I can't remember it in much detail, but my subconscious image of it was extremely vivid. The water is very blue, and clean. The sun is shining, a gentle breeze is rustling the trees around the edges. It felt good being back there. It was just like when I was a kid.
Of course, in real life, it's gone. It's been left abandoned for nearly a decade. Here's a photo, courtesy of Google maps
Back to my dream. by the pool, as the photo shows, there's a water tower(The circle building next to the pool). Very old. In one of the windows, I can see someone looking down. just a silhouette. But not in a threatening way, it kind of felt more like he was watching over me. Protecting me. I also feel like it's a male presence.
It was a nice dream. It reminded me of a place from my childhood, and for a while I felt safe and protected.
EDIT: Sorry about the crappy quality of the photo.

Re: Dreams
Yeah, that's a recent photo of when it was abandoned. I don't feel like swimming in it now...

Re: Dreams
@BackwardsSubmachine: It was a joke...
Well, as of yesterday, I want to live on a boat for maybe a year or so, maybe when I retire.
That's awesome (unless you were using that as an example and make me feel stupid XD)sundayfever wrote:Hey, I just realized, the title is not strictly defined so we can write about our dreams about life in general. Like, 'I'm dreaming of becoming a cook.' haha
