Can't we just slide down the cables...? Maybe use the crowbar as a handle (even though that sounds stupid in retrospect.)

[And thanks for the drawing of the doors, I got confused.]

Inventory.

You and Snarr just use your climbing abilities to climb down to the other level.

(your inventory on the left, and Snarr's on the right.
You have:
crowbar
cube reader
dark cube
2 sound cubes
3 notes
large jewel crystal.
Snarr has :
ID card
goggles
binoculars
smaller jewel crystal formations
pistol (which you don't know if it works)
Is this my final form?

Are those bullet holes?
60: What are those black splats? Are they bullet holes?
Snarr: Technically, no, because they aren't holes, just black marks. But it looks like they were made by guns, so, in a sense, yes.
Examine everything of interest.
Specifics please? Because you could spend forever here examining everything.
Meanwhile, you hear the metallic sounds behind the door on the other side of the corridor start again.

Examine inscriptions
Examine door
Since both of these are in the same place, you examine them at the same time.
Image
The inscriptions are written in the language you don't understand. You have no idea what they mean. And there is a panel on it, but it has been shot at, rendering it useless.
Examine (what are those? panels?)
Image
You take a closer look at them. Both of them have panels on their right, but once again, one of the panels have been shot at or blown.(What happened here??)
The other panel seems fine, and has switches and stuff on it.
