Well, it's not in serious conflict with any regulation I know of. It does contradict the current nature of the comunity, but that's not grounds to delete it. Had the forum been a bit more active, it would simply have fallen of the main page and been forgotten by now, but with the current membership, it's a matter of time.

It looks like spam to me. Don't you know that there are dating/hookup spambots?

Sometimes people get compensation for manually writing out spam messages, so that might be what this is. People use it to get around anti-bot thingies.
