No, there's a clue, actually. At the drop zone of the same location, click the upper right corner of the screen.

@Rever there was a lever in the yellow room where you get the karmic vessel. and, iirc, in the room full of purple resin. can't remember where the third one was.
EDIT it was in the room that is accessed via the Sarasvati location.
