Here's what I've found (in spoiler tags, obviously); we can keep this as a running list of discovered changes.

NEW LOCATIONS:

1. 399 → SPN: Room that holds a triangular SIGIL that is accessed by using the STONE PLATE from 513.

2. 523 → AQA: Aqua's room that requires a WISDOM GEM to power a new KP location and other devices, including all the antennae.

3. 523 → AQA → JTS: Room that's situated near JSK; haven't figured out the direct proximity yet. The blue SIGIL can be placed here to activate TILE C in JSK.

4. 513: Clued to from 840. Contains the STONE PLATE, which is worth pointing out that this is the plate from the first livestream room (rest of the room still not found)

5. 378 → HPL → LAV: Lavender room from another livestream, contains TILE B.

OTHER CHANGES

1. 523: Statues removed and replaced with columns, clue moved to left side. Rightmost room contains machine with three meters (unusable).

2. Antennae in 185, 277, 245, 840, 950, 672, 859, WIQ, 001, 291, AQA and JTS.

3. 399: Expanded to accomodate SPN.

4. 840: Skull added as well as clue to 513.

5. WIQ: "Chalk box" text added to chalk box in the alcove where the chalk is found.

6. 438: New theory added (BTM 5.1).

That's all I can remember/have written down while I was going through.

This is the last update of the year. If you want to play it you can do it now
