2B, 4B and 6B (4B and 6B for the darker areas and primary lines)
Balance is imperative; without it, total collapse and destruction is imminent.
Re: Submachine Fan Artwork
I can never get my hands on anything other than HB...

Have you tried drawing first in lightest pencil type and then going over in the with the darker ones? It's practically the only way to use them without blurring everything.OnyxIonVortex wrote:i don't like nB very much. My drawings get inevitably blurred, always

Hmm, maybe I should try that. The Abacus wrote:Have you tried drawing first in lightest pencil type and then going over in the with the darker ones? But I can use the same lead to do all the pencil lines (and some of the shading) and they don't smudge or blur easily.
Trouble is, I don't really know what lead I'm using (All the lead I'm using is labelled "2B", but some comes out like HB or lighter and some like 4B or darker)
Is this my final form?
Re: Submachine Fan Artwork
I do that on occasion, but then I make a big mistake and whoops! Out comes the rubber and things start going grey.
(Maybe this should be on Drawing?)
