So he answered "Keep calm and carry on". Does it mean?

Motivational words based on the motivational poster used in World War 2. It was to prevent mass panic when Axis and Ally powers bombed the hell out of cities, basically "keep calm, and carry on about your life with bombs dropping on your heads"

Oh, you wanted to know what he meant by it. No idea. Maybe he's confirming they are gumballs and chocolate coins, so he's asking us to keep calm, instead of going into a mass frenzy.
