Okay.
We really need to sort out our plot.
The best ( me being slightly biased here) votes that ancient crystal and sublevels stories are mashed together (easy) and my thingy serves as a in game storyline. Like I said, it's biased but I want to get this over and done with, and we've been stuck on here for what, 2 years? :shock:
There's just the problem of mashing em together.

I have implemented your three phase system on the wiki Boingo, take a look if you want.
I agree that we should decide on a plot now, so a vote seems in order.
My vote: (If it's worth anything)
-Babylon's Back story (Biased Choice)
-Ancient Crystal's back story (Objective choice)

When you say objective choice, what do you mean? The target, the goal? Because that's not what he wrote it for.
We vote for two things: the plot board, which is the story that we find out along the way (eg what was the lab for, what happened, so either ancient crystal or sublevels or the two mashed together.
Then you have a storyboard. This is the script of the story. Where does the player wake up? When does he find out about the plot board? Then, what is his objective? In this case, it is to escape. How?
That is the storyboard.

So we vote on the plot board first and the storyboard second.
I don't mean to sound forceful, rude or just annoying, but does anyone else have a storyboard to put forward?

No, here we use the term objective to mean non-biased or balanced. So I was making a joke about picking my own because I was biased, but I really picked Ancient Crystal's. :D

why we should decide on only one plot? We can choose independent ideas from all stories to build the best one. I'm not saying we can't vote in only one, but I couldn't accept only one story because the others do have good ideas :P

Okay then. That's sorted. :) We all want a collaboration of the two, or three. Then we edit through the assembly of the two. Or three. Plus extra bits. From editing.

So from this point on, we start making backstories based mainly on the three?
Then we can critique and edit them, and when they all finally can be, assembled together.

Phase twos storyboards are only sketches and final text of what we need to create, so that might help :)
