You can use them during game (base skill for them is luck), but that page is made mostly in order to make easier dice throws, when I don't need to search for everybody's skills.
You should write two additional abilities for your character Abacus, Vurn forgot it too.

Can I change my character skill sheet just a bit?
All I plan to do is add a bit more athletic ability.
