It is the Indianan Jones Grail diary. I was able to print out pages, then copy them into the book.

It's sad how I now have more of an appreciation for art than I did in Elementary School. I suppose it was because my teacher scared the hell out of me XD (her attitude sometimes)Right. The structure they taught me was a tool. The problem is that they... actually one teacher in particular, did so in a very stifling way. He was the best I've seen at this tool, but he was also a huge jerk. You can foster creativity and the capacity to observe, and you can teach a system of observation. But in the end, if your just teaching a system without fostering creativity, and are not letting experience inform the system, you end up with something like Bob Ross: an empty system. Zhi... my teacher... was a bit too harsh for it to be said that he fostered creativity. He did in word, (edit: and in his own work) but not in deed.
Of course, the biggest thing preventing creativity in my life right now is having the time for it.
Yeah, it's such a shame that young people and children get repelled because of one bad teacher. I had an annoying one too, she'd let the boys go home and make us girls to do shit. I hated that bitch. And she told my best friend last weekend at the park that she's gained weight (she has problems with kg). Seriously?! I see her regularly when she goes on her evening jogging so I just think she's a bit obsessed or something. It's sad how I now have more of an appreciation for art than I did in Elementary School. Ooooh sounds interesting. Now it just so happens I'm in Drafting (blueprints) and we're using 3DSMax (3D modeling Computer Aided Design program) and it's really cool what we're learning, it's the kind of program the guys at Pixar use. I'm actually supposed to make a house for my Final project, Materials, Lighting and all
XD I have a friend working with coal, haven't done so myself but she says it's pretty difficult. I can imagine it is.I'm sorry that happened to your friend :/ Seems like there's some teachers that shouldn't really have picked up the job...No offense to them, but they're working with children and if they can't get their attitudes in check, how do they think that makes the kid feel? /rantsundayfever wrote:Yeah, it's such a shame that young people and children get repelled because of one bad teacher. As for myself, I am making drafts all the time, just not to leave my hand out of practice. I'm now more devoted to expressing emotions than technique itself. And at my drawing school I'm starting with coal again, first I'll draw fruit and such and this spring I might even start doing portraits. People are already lining up. XD
