636 is a mirror number.
Maybe we need to look at the numbers in the rooms and see how they fit together.

So,
what code Steve should input?
He waits for your answer. He wants to hear three correct numbers.

I thought they were marking the holes where we should put the rod in sequence to activate something, but there are two problems: if the "S" is actually a "5", it doesn't mark any hole, and we're missing the "3" mark. Also it's curious that if we add the paper numbers to the rooms numbers and we count the S as a 5 we have all the numbers from 1 to 6 (plus an extra 6).
But other than that, I don't know if there's any relation to the code we'll input.
Well, anyways...
Command: input 919.

919 because the letters I and S (from the lower room with the lights out) translated to numbers are 9 19.
and 959 because the paper rotated says 9E9 and E translated to number is 5.
I wouldn't have bothered to try those codes if I didn't know that
Sublevel likes messing with alphanumeric codes XD

I think it would be fair to try 969, if 959 doesn't work either, assuming the "E" interferes with the "S".
