You guys, IBB isn't from time travel - From the map, we moved from the bottom right corner to the green circle attached to the bottom right corner (IBB is labeled there.)

Assuming IBB is the same as the building we just came from (ICB, I believe), get out of the Portal room and search the building.
Snarr: No, at least, I think not. What did the speaker cube back in the other portal say?
Do we need to go back to ICB and activate the speaker cube...?

Nothing useful, except for his weapon, which seems like some kind of pistol.

You want to get out of the room, but a door is in your way:

No, you picked up the speaker cube before your Time for Teleportation.
You can activate it now if you want to.

Take the pistol (if you haven't already)

Speaker Cube: Start Talking

You take the pistol.
Speaker Cube: Start Talking
Sadly, the speaker cube can't respond to the command on it's own, so you press the square button on it like you did before and hear a message:
"The portals were originally invented by Taruga Ater Synka during the Golden Age of the Tronvans. They were initially designed to transport materials and supplies across vast distances, and was used to transport minerals mined from mining regions to industrial regions without the use of conventional vehicles. However, the teleporting device proved to be too bulky and expensive to be built in various places."

Crawl through the gap
If that fails use crowbar
If THAT fails use pistol
If all else fails go into a rage and use your almighty powers to obliterate the door into nothingness

Crawl through the gap
Using your reliable sense of perception, you see that the gap is too small for you to crawl through.
If that fails use crowbar
You use your crowbar on the door an it easily opens:

Move on. Keep your crowbar ready to fight.
Give pistol to Snarr.

Give pistol to Snarr.
60: Ok, Snarr, take the pistol.
Snarr: Hmm... does it even work?
60:...
You take out your crowbar to use as a weapon, and you and Snarr walk along the corridor. Eventually both of you arrive at a big, grey door. You see a bunch of cables hanging off to the side.

(sorry about the black spot above the cables, it isn't supposed to be there; experimenting with the black colour pencil and water colouring here)
