Re: Submachine Universe
So from what you're saying I understand that unless you were around in 2008, you can't get your theories ingame?
Re: Submachine Universe
Pretty much.
When Submachine Universe originally came out, a big part of making it famous was made possible by Mat's call for theories from different users. It initially worked well, however there came such a huge influx of theories later that ranged from good to semi-good to horrible. People churned out theories that didn't even make sense just to see their name in the game. So that's why not every theory is in the SubVerse (at this point there are close to 300 recognized theories o_O )
So when you see a new room added now that has a user's theory, these rooms are recognitions of members that have served either in Mat's close friend circle or here on this forum for a long time and have contributed much to the Submachine series. The newest room was given to Sublevel in recognition of his reaching 10,000 posts on this forum, for example.
Sorry for the confusion, and hope this helps! And of course, welcome to this forum!

Re: Submachine Universe
That's a shame. I personally think my theory is plausible, or at least, not very unlikely. But I guess you can't do anything about it.
And thanks for the welcome =)

Re: Submachine Universe
It probably is very plausible (I have not yet read it, sorry), we aren't blaming you of anything. This just is the state of things at the moment. But do stick around, we aren't horrible people.
I do like your avatar. I used to use those fox things as emoticons.

Re: Submachine Universe
Also, the way it works is, you post your theory in the forums, and if Mat likes it he will post it on SU.
Just smile and wave boys. Smile and wave...

Yeah, that.
Let us revisit...
Let us revisit...
Dr. NotSoNice wrote:The Lighthouse was a part of (or just a building that just happened to been built upon...) an alien experiment facility called The Submachine. Where the aliens experimented with human subjects, by putting them in endless looping traps and extremely hard puzzles.
But as the lighthouse stood empty, a man named Murtaugh moved into the lighthouse and discovered the alien facility. but the aliens respected Murtaugh and his intelligence so they rewarded him with an karma arm and started to communicate with through a cat named Einstein.
But Murtaugh betrayed the aliens and gave the people working against the aliens information.
Because of that the aliens punished Murtaugh by locking him inside the lighthouse as it was being buried underground.
Murtaugh escaped. And again the Aliens punished him, but this time they locked him up in the Submachine itself.

Re: Submachine Universe
Wonderful.
Mateusz's masterplan was revealed; the whole plot of The Exit is spoiled. Who could've known this random person guessed exactly what the series was all about?
Subgod, how do you feel about that theory?

Theories that make no sense, such as Zombyrus, Alex TC99 or that one from Dr. NotSoNice, while appearing to be mere comic relief, also tells how skewed can be turned the minds of people trapped in the Subnet.ThunderDasher wrote:The Flaming Monkey Theory, anyone?Error_3113 wrote:People churned out theories that didn't even make sense just to see their name in the game.
