Unless you're trying to say the panels are buttons, which they aren't.
Yeah, I thought they might've been pushable.

Alright, I'm going to try RGB numbers here:

143-132-250-255-76-102

(I think those are all the Red-variant numbers of the colors on the panel from top to bottom)

The only clue I'm not using is telephone...Which I assume means a number like x-xxx-xxx-xxxx...Hopefully I'm on the right track :P

RGB? but if it's a scanned drawing o_O
i have never heard of RGB pencils XD

LOL, I don't know if the code is computer-varianted RGB numbers :P Maybe not the drawing itself is RGB, but looking up those colors in RGB-format - i.e purple, light blue, red - maybe it's a hint? Or I wasted my time XD

No, this has nothing to do with code.
It's a lot more simpler than that.
(telephone, number pad(A telephone has a number pad with numbers and ??? on the buttons
