It's a world inhabited by two sentient species, one reptilian/amphibian looking, and one mammal looking. So the reptilian dudes (called columnic) live in the hot and dry equator, and the mammal creatures, (called fria) live in the colder temperate region near the north pole. Then tronvan robots and humans arrived, sudden leap in technology created an age of imperialism and large wars, and eventually things began to settle down. (By the way, Albert lives here.)
