I personally just have nothing to report. No women nor men in my life to talk about, you know? Unless I start complaining about platonic and parental relationships or something, which would be off-topic.

Yeah, the things you said made me feel worse...

I'm really sorry if that was the case. I just have a maximum limit as to how much relationship talk I can tolerate sometimes. That's why I tried to give you succinct advice that I hoped would help somehow.

Also, due to my current life status (See Meditations Thread), I don't think is a good idea, even of how much I wish it.
Perhaps we should go on a date? Yeah i'm a dude, but i can dress up, get all pretty, talk all girly for you :3
I considered it once, but I then remember you were 10 years older than me, and the max difference of age I approve for matting is 5 of magnitude.

History class: I may read the news and study world events more than my fellow students, but I bet a nuke could go off in NYC and they would only notice because the reruns for their favourite TV show have stopped.
Has anyone else experienced this? I understand many people just live simply, and tend to the things around them (though not stoically), people like my grandparents. But this...
Gaaah. I can't explain it.

I know what you mean. I feel that way about these mass shootings we get.
Nobody happens to notice or care about the huge amounts of guns/ammunition someone is stockpiling, nobody happens to notice or care a person who has a past criminal record or psychiatric record, suddenly start ranting and raving about murdering people. They only notice and care after the person snaps and kills multiple people.
Its like the movie theater shooting in Colorado in 2012, the guy had all of his ammunition, guns, gear sent to his house via the USPS. I don't work in the mail industry, but I have friends who do and they said that everything is checked and tracked. But of course, nobody cared to check and track all of this large amount of ammunition, guns and gear going to a guy's house who has had psychiatric hospitalizations and doesn't even have a gun license...
They only notice after the fact, which was him shooting up a theater and killing people.
:/
And then we have that one kid who went and shot up that church a few weeks back, ranting and raving on facebook about being one with the confederacy, showing himself burning the US flag and himself hoisting the CS flag. Ranting and raving about black people, and how they are a stain on society, ranting and raving about killing them.
Nobody noticed ANY of this. Until he went into that church and killed several people.

Nobody said anything about having a stoplight at a blind fourway street that intersected a state route, until a car crash killed two people :/

"If it ain't happened yet, then it don't matter wot."
Seems to be a common policy.
