The back of the car is now real ugly. There is a huge dent in the bumper, and its uneven and non-symmetrical. But at least I took out the shrub my Mother hated. I didn't know about it until after the crash.

I hope I don't find the Knights who say NI outside my door anytime soon.

All in a good day's work

But car crashes can be real scary, I understand. My family was driving to Long Island yesterday and we got stuck in traffic for a half hour because of a car crash on I-87 (I think it was I87). When we finally passed the car, the whole front left side was demolished and the front axle had snapped and was flung about forty feet away.

Maybe you should trade your car in for a bike, before you kill yourself or someone else. Like no offense dude, but you've been in what, six auto accidents in the last two years? Come on man...

I got my license at 17 and between that and 19, I got into several accidents, you know what the final nail was? Me texting on my cell phone, and turning into a car, with a pregnant lady inside of it. Thankfully both her and her child were uninjured, but at that moment it made me realize: My unsafe driving habits could have killed someone.

And that's why I gave up my keys and car. And have not driven since.

I don't text and drive. I don't even text.

And to be fair, that shrub accident happen when I knew the brakes were out. But there is a system of brakes to where is one line fails, the whole car doesn't fail. My Mother was able to drive the car all the way to South Bend.

So my computer's been acting a little pissy lately.

I used to have a Windows Vista desktop. No graphics card, horrible processor, hardly any memory, almost full. I got an ASUS laptop that runs Windows 8.1, thinking that things would go smoother. And for some things it does. I can actually play Steam games now.

But everything else is more difficult. Typing is on the average slower (there's more lag time between each letter), scrolling can be a bitch, and pages take relatively longer to load. Opening programs like Paint and MS Word are noticeably slowed down as well.

Then there's the flash games. My god I knew Submachine 9 HD was slow, but now it's getting ridiculous. Even if I put it in a regular 300x300 pixel window it's slower than normal. But that's not all. The other games are running slowly too, including the spinoffs. (By running slowly I'm referring to each screen change) I can even notice it in Sub1 and Sub0, every time I open the game file up. Now I know it's expected for the game to run slower in fullscreen, but it's increased ever since I got this "better" computer.

Not only does this happen with the HDs, but it happens online too, for both Sub9 and Sub8. I know these two games are the most detailed, but I know Sub8 definitely wasn't this slow on my other computer.

I don't understand it. I've tried uninstalling the games and uninstalling Flash Player, going into the Properties, and nothing works. I played Covert Front today and noticed the cutscenes in that were lagging as well. Severely.

I don't know what it is. I would just say it's a flash issue, except obviously other parts of my computer are running slowly too. If anyone else has a similar problem where all your HDs suddenly slowed down noticeably, please post. And if someone thinks they have a solution, I would be happy to hear it. I would contact Mateusz but he's ceased all contact with his social media at present.

Hit Ctrl+Alt+Del on your Computer.

Select Task Manager.
Look over the section of the main page under "Background Processors". See what the unnecessary ones are doing and select them, then click the 'End Task' button on the lower right hand side.

I don't know if this will work since my Laptop I bought had both a Windows 7 and Windows 8 License. In case a situation came up where I had to upgrade it.
