Submachine 2: the Lighthouse

Can you please tell and explain me where and what level is? (comparing with in-game rooms)

Dungeon level: red rooms. Obvious, and it also appears mentioned in one of the notes.
Basement floor: tiled rooms. It's the only way to fit everything coherently.
First floor: yellow rooms. Obvious.
Second floor: blue rooms. It says so in the description of the key, and the three symbols for the lightbulb puzzle are also in the second floor in the map.
Third floor: we don't see it in the game, but it would correspond to the upper grey rooms.
Top level: the portal.

EDIT: about the symbols, I don't know. I think it's (yet another) mystery.

Arrow points room where the lightbulb puzzle is. Dungeon is underground, tiled room is on ground level. Portal is on to where the Glass Construction is.

But seriously, the only solution I see is that there are two disconnected sections in the lighthouse: one connects the entrance to the third floor and the back part of the lighthouse, and the other is the one we all know. It's a weird layout but it's the only apparent solution.

Either that or they are just in the 4th wall.

Other thing I was wondering, in the rooms where we solve the E=mc^2 puzzle and the gadget puzzle, whats all the way down there?

The Symbols for that Light bulb Puzzle, it might be related to Braille?
Though we don't "touch" the Symbols per say, but it might be that.
