"Jaki" would sound better than "który" in this case. "Który" is rather used when you have, like, a list of something, or when regarding numbers, or people.

Then it's like in Spanish "qué" vs. "cuál"

There are so many reasons not to do it, that nobody want to. But if the country wouldn't have so hard climate and landscape, and also if it would not have nuclear weapons and big army with many hi-tech stuff... than it wouldn't be worth conquering. So Russia can feel safe.
