I see. To tell you the truth, I don't know how you find another gay person in real life, I didn't think of that. :/

If not Kalamazoo, try the immediate area outside of it.

I have some fantasies of becoming gay, but I'm to straight for doing so...

Probably pretending being one, but not doing actualy.

Like I said, I am TOO straight...

I'm currently trying to be really "nice" with my cousin, since her is the only girl in my life. Is hard when you have nothing to give your affection, while you know you have to much to offer. I don't really want to have a relationship with my cousin, we have almost nothing in common...

It isn't like bi has to be fifty-fifty divided, though. Then again, you know your psyche best.

Sometimes I wonder if everyone around me is secretly bi.
Is this my final form?

Right. I have found myself attracted to women before, but its rare. When it comes to the sexual spectrum, I'm gay. Bisexual implies that I have sexual relations with both men and women, I've only had sexual relations with men. I actually don't have an urge or desire to become sexually involved with a woman.

Statistically speaking, that is very unlikely. Even though sexual minorities often form their own circles where most if not all members are not straight, this practically just means that being surrounded by them is increasingly rare unless you are a member of a minority yourself.

But I am in a mathy mood, so fuck it.

Usually in surveys the amount of bisexuals from the entire population is 1-5%. For our purposes, let's say 3%. The likelihood that all your acquaintances are randomly bi is Pbi(n)=(0.05)^n, where n is the amount of your friends. This gets very, very small, very, very quickly. If you even have three friends then the likelyhood they are all bi is Pbi(3)=(0.05)^3=0.000125, which is rather negligible.

On the other hand, generally speaking about 10% of people are estimated to be some sort of sexual minority. The likelyhood that all your friends are straight is Pstraight(n)=(0.9)^n, where n is the amount of friends. Already at seven friends, Pstraight(7)=0,4782969, which means it is more likely that some of them are not straight. At twenty the likelyhood is about 12% and at thirty it is only 4%. So, depending on how many people you know, at least one of them is probably not straight.

Of course you can't really do the calculation this simplistically. There are so many more variables. As I said, sexual minorities often congregate and usually steer clear from the worst groups of homophobes, so you mileage will vary.
