Ow, that would be... I don't know why, but I don't like the idea. Also Mateusz does not sound good in English. I know that what I'll say is profanation, but his accent is terrible. Not so bad you can't listen to this, but that would break atmosphere of the game.
Also would it be like that he would read notes? Or where exactly voice acting would appear?

Although it seems more than a bit rude to say, it's true: Mateusz's pronunciation leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't want him to voice act in a Submachine.

EDIT: There is a lot of potential in voice acting though. Think of recordings about conversations between Murtaugh and Elizabeth, for instance.

Yeah, there is potential. Also we have already seen (heard) voice acting in CF4, and used sparingly it would possibly have a great effect. But on the other hand, I'm not so sure if at this point in the games it would be a good idea. Maybe for SNEE it would be better suited.

Kara's voice in CF was... I don't know, like she had some serious problems. I mean, it can be problem with recording, but she sounds terrible.

Just because he has that a Polish accent does not mean he sounds terrible (I won't say more on this since that is your opinion).

But Murtagh as English guy, would have to have English voice actor, or at least guy who have very good English accent.

I thought Murtaugh was French? Didn't Mateusz say that in a quote?

If it's true, actor who speaks English really bad, with heavy accent would be perfect.
