I would say it's more like "f*** you, you wanted an ending, here's a glaring plot hole instead." Watched "Parallels" (2015) on Netflix.
Damn. I've been looking for something like this for a long time. Figured it might interest some Submachine fans here. Parallel universes and such. It has some potential to become a TV show.
(though, there were some pretty noticeable "sins" and character flatlines, stupid choices, etc. but I'm looking forward to any more news about it

I went to see over-the-top, mindless violence/explosions.
I got to see a surprisingly well made dystopian film (with all the over-the-top, mindless violence/explosions).
