Where is this annotation usually put? I don't recall seeing any for any game...

I dislikes this part.
I always felt something's wrong about it.
Gameplay-great
Art-great
Plot-mysterious as always
Puzzles-like always good
So what is wrong?
It took me some time, but I finally noticed what bothers me.
Locations
Locations without purpose.
Locations unconnected to the plot.
Locations that I don't know who made them. Why. When. What are they.
It is no clue. Puzzles, and what we do here aren't connected to what are they. It would not change anything if the game was set somewhere else.
To that point we always had at least small explanations what are the locations, and why are we exploring them. And now...

I have a similar feeling about the locations. They're just thrown there without an explanation, they seem just randomly chosen rather than related to anything.

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about.
In every other aspect-game's awesome.
Also in previous comment... was I speaking like WiQ? I don't want to steal his way of making comments.

No... why? I don't see any similarity.

I don't think it was a big problem for me, locations aren't that important.

Disagree, locations are very important, they build atmosphere.
